Product Overview

Engineered for industrial efficiency, the LH double-girder electric hoist crane integrates robust structural design with advanced operational control. Its core framework features a high-strength, box-type double girder, constructed from Q235B or Q345B steel, ensuring minimal deflection under load while complying with DIN/FEM standards. The crane’s trolley moves seamlessly along hardened 16Mn steel rails, driven by either LD or QD systems, with optional VVF/VFD controls for smooth speed adjustment.


A key innovation lies in the articulated crab unit, which maintains consistent four-wheel contact with the runway track for balanced weight distribution and reduced wear. Powered by dual direct-drive cross travel motors, the crab accommodates medium to high load capacities ranging from 3 to 32 tons. The hoisting mechanism employs a fixed electric wire rope hoist, equipped with CD/MD drives and dual lifting speeds in a precise 1:10 ratio, enabling both delicate and heavy lifts.


Operators can control the crane via three flexible options: ground pendant, wireless remote, or an open/closed cab. Each mode ensures safe and responsive handling, supported by precision upper and lower limit switches, mechanical braking, and heavy-duty rope guides. All gear drives are lifetime-lubricated, minimizing maintenance needs.


Safety is reinforced through multiple layers of protection, including overload warning systems, voltage loss protection, phase sequence monitoring, emergency stop functionality, and safety latches on hooks. The structural components are joined with high-strength bolts and finished with a durable 120μm epoxy zinc-rich coating, enhancing longevity and corrosion resistance.


Built to global standards such as GB/T10183 and JB/T4315, this crane delivers reliable performance in demanding environments while offering energy efficiency, ease of maintenance, and full component interchangeability.
